The registration renewal deadline for all professional podiatry corporations and PLLCs was December 31, 2020. If you have not renewed, please do so as soon as possible to avoid adverse action against your corporation. Any professional podiatry corporation or PLLC that fails to renew by the end of February will be suspended by the Board of Podiatry Examiners and the N.C. Secretary of State. Final notices will be mailed to registrants in mid-January. Registrants who miss the January 31 grace period deadline must pay a late fee of $10.
When a professional corporation or PLLC is suspended, it is not lawful for it to provide professional services in North Carolina.
Please email questions to email@example.com. Please include the full name of the corporation you are inquiring about and, if known, the constituent registration ID number.
